Tori Spelling says being at Jingle Ball 2023 with her four kids is ‘everything’ after ‘challenging 2023.’

Spelling’s last-minute holiday shopping spree comes after she announced her son Liam, 16, had foot surgery earlier this month.

She later informed fans that the procedure was “successful,” and shared a photo of Liam and the doctor on her Instagram Story, adding, “My guy did great.”

Previously, in early December, Spelling took children Beau, 6, Finn, 11, Hattie, 12, and Stella, 15 — who she shares with ex Dean McDermott — with her to the 2023 Jingle Ball in Los Angeles.

“Jingle Ball 2023 … Music, Kiddos and Glitter OH MY GOD! My kids, friends and family had the BEST time last weekend!” she wrote on Instagram. “After the challenging 2023, it was all about seeing Olivia! She was our anthem and music champion [sic] this time. We sang from her heart.”

All about Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott’s children

Spelling’s divorce from McDermott came earlier this year, when he posted a since-deleted Instagram post in June that he and the star had decided to separate after 18 years of marriage.

While Spelling has yet to speak publicly about her relationship status, McDermott opened up in an interview in November with The Daily Mail about what drove them apart.

“I just isolated myself more and more and more and she isolated herself with the kids. We were roommates,” the actor said.

“We rarely, rarely, rarely ate together. We would sit down and have a family lunch, but it was always unrelated,” he added. “I felt worse because I knew I was a big part of it [the problem] and I was in a place where I felt there was nothing I could do.”

“Their friends have seen their ups and downs over the years, but they really seemed to be in a good place in recent months,” a source close to Spelling told PEOPLE. “This seems sudden.”
