A CHILD has tragically been found dead at home in Cornwall and an urgent investigation has been launched.
Officers were called to Thornpark Road, St Austell, following concerns for the boy’s welfare.

Devon and Cornwall Police called the South Western Ambulance Service at around 7.55am today (Wednesday, January 15).
The child was found unresponsive at a roadside address, a spokesman for Devon and Cornwall Police said.
Despite the efforts of emergency personnel, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are investigating the boy’s death, which is not believed to be suspicious at this time.
No further details have been made public.
A spokesman for Devon and Cornwall Police said: “Police were contacted by emergency services at 7.55am today, January 15, following concerns for the welfare of a child in St Austell.
The boy was found unresponsive at an address in Thornpark Road.
“Despite the best efforts of the emergency services, the boy was pronounced dead at the scene.
“Officers are investigating the circumstances of the death which is not currently believed to be suspicious.”
