There are still two crews at the scene and investigations are ongoing.
The exact cause of the fire is still unknown, and the police said they were “holding an open mind.”
The national network confirmed that engineers excluded and isolated electricity supply in the area as the investigations continue.
“We will work to restore electricity 50 locally affected customers as soon as these investigations are completed,” a spokesman said.
East Lindsey District Council also called on the public to avoid the area.
Police spokesman Lincolnshire said: “We are very sad to confirm that two people died after a fire caravan at Holiday Park Goldenbeach, Roman Bank, Ingoldmells.
“Today, they invited us at 3.53 in the morning (April 5) to a report of a caravan fire in a holiday park, where two people tragically lost their lives.
“Their next cousin has been informed and will be supported by specially trained officers.
“Firefighting and rescue crews were attended by Skegness, Wainfleet, Spilsby and Alford.
“There are still two crews at the scene, and the fire investigations are underway.
“On the spot, we have investigators of crime sites and we do inquiries to determine the exact cause of the fire.
“We are in the very early stages of our investigation and as such we hold an open mind.”
