TRAGIC TV doctor Michael Mosley left £1.7million to his family after he died while on holiday in Greece, The Sun can reveal.
The One Show and This Morning star, whose disappearance sparked a four-day search on the Greek island of Symi in June, left a huge sum to his beloved wife Clare.

It came after the coroner yesterday recorded an open verdict in his death, although he said the intense temperatures of 37 degrees were likely to be a factor.
Mosley, 67, was found seconds from resort security on June 9, four days after he failed to return from a long walk.
An autopsy later showed that he probably tried to rest in the moments before he died – even resting his feet on a rock.
Documents seen by The Sun show the High Court approved the estate on Wednesday.

The nutritionist’s total assets were worth £1,750,432, which was reduced to £1,738,654 after court costs.
In his will, signed in February 2014, he left all his assets, including property, cash savings and book and TV royalties, to his wife of 37 years.
The reserve provision meant that if Clare predeceased him, the funds would be shared by his four children.
More details of Mosley’s final hours were revealed in a coroner’s written report released yesterday.
An inquest revealed the TV star had left his phone at his holiday home so it wouldn’t get wet during his family’s ferry journey, which tragically prevented him from calling for help.
Buckinghamshire Senior Coroner Crispin Butler said the cause of death was Dr. Mosley “undetermined” but possibly related to hot temperatures in excess of 37 degrees at the summer vacation hotspot.
He added that it was “most likely attributable to either heat stroke (accidental) or an unidentified pathological cause.”
The star’s family, including children Alex, Dan, Jack and Kate, who flew out to help in the search, gave evidence confirming the details of the trip and the doctor’s state of mind.
Mr Butler concluded: “On the morning of June 5 (Dr Mosley) traveled to Pedi Beach, arriving late in the morning.
“Michael deliberately left his mobile at home to prevent it from getting wet on the ferry.
“Later in the afternoon, Michael decided he would walk home rather than take the ferry.
“He had his backpack, one liter of water and a biscuit, he had a hat and an umbrella.
“Michael was described as energetic and cheerful when he got going.”

The mayor of Symi, Eleftherios Papakaloudoukas, previously claimed that dr. Mosley was able to “feel pretty bad and lie down” before he died.
Journalists finally found his body just 100 meters from the safety of the restaurant and 150 meters from the site searched by a 100-strong rescue team just days earlier.
The walk from the village of Pedi to Agia Marina, where he was found, usually takes about 40 minutes, but it took Dr Mosley at least an hour and 45 minutes.
