Philippe Vedovina, 59, was previously examined for alleged sexual assault and violence at the private Catholic school where he worked.

Emile disappeared two years ago while she was in the holiday home of her grandparents in the hamlet of Haut-Vernet in the French Alps.
His remains, including a broken skull, were found nine months later, which encouraged a new investigation into his death.
Philippe was arrested in connection with Emile’s death on Tuesday after police executed the subscription of his family home near Marseilles.
He was arrested with his wife Anne and two of their adult children about Émile’s death.
All four are facing accusations of “intentional murder” and “hiding cover”, according to a prosecutor’s statement by Aix-En-En-Provence.
The statement states: “This morning, Philippe Vedovina and his wife, grandparents émile Soleil, together with two of their adult children, were taken into custody.
“These police positions are detained part of the phase of testing and comparison of the evidence and information collected during the investigations conducted in recent months.”
The statement added that investigators also carry out forensic operations at various locations across the country.
The lawyer of Grandma and grandparents, Isabelle Colombani, confirmed his arrest, but did not give a further comment.
It is not believed that Emile’s parents, Marie and Coluban Soleil, arrested two adult children.
On Tuesday, it was also revealed that family phones were tired for several months in a raid appearance, according to Le Parisien.

The disturbing details about Emile’s shady past appeared last year.
More French news, including Le Parisien and Le Canard Enchaînné, reported on the shocking details of the scandal with sexual abuse.
Philippe trained to be a monk when he worked at Riaumont School in Pas-De-Calais, in northern France.
The Roman Catholic International School for problematic young people received several complaints of former students between 2014 and 2017.
The students said they had suffered sexual abuse, including rape, in the early 1990s, as well as regular physical beating.
Philippe was involved in the investigation as a “supported witness.”
In an interview with the police in April 2018, Philippe admitted that he had managed a “somewhat sharp” physical discipline, but insisted that he had never violated the law, according to a source close to the investigation.
Eleven former colleagues were eventually charged with various charges.
