Travis Kelce and Chiefs Win Fourth Game with Taylor Swift Cheering Him on amid Their New Romance

Taylor Swift looks more and more like a good luck charm for Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Since Swift, 33, made her first appearance at the Sept. 24 game in Kansas City to cheer on the Kelce, the Chiefs have now won four games with her watching. First, with Swift watching from his suite — and causing a frenzy within the NFL — the Chiefs beat the Chicago Bears. She then brought a group of celebrity friends to watch the Chiefs beat the New York Jets on their home turf. After a week off, Swift made another stop in Kansas City to watch Kelce, 34, and his team beat the Broncos on Thursday Night Football.

This time she excitedly cheered and watched the Chiefs beat the Los Angeles Chargers 31-17.

The Chiefs took an early lead with a field goal, but the game was close throughout — they traded field goals and touchdowns until halftime and went into the locker room with Kansas City leading 24-17. The Chiefs got the final seven points thanks to the duo of Kelce and running back Patrick Mahomes, who connected with the tight end before Kelce pushed the ball through a line of defenders and over the goal line for a touchdown.

Swift excitedly cheered for the touchdown alongside Mahomes’ wife, Brittany, with a special handshake and chest bump.

The second half of the game was all about defense, going scoreless until the last 3:30 minutes of the game when the Chiefs scored a touchdown, making it 31-17. And that would be the final, after the Chiefs intercepted the Chargers’ punt to end the game.

Last weekend, Swift and Kelce made multiple appearances in New York, including separate cameos at Saturday night live.

As Swift and Kelce strengthen their relationship, he seemingly has the full support of the Chiefs — especially coach Andy Reid. Reid was asked about his star tight end’s romance with Swift during an appearance on Outkick’s Five seats earlier this week.

“She’s a good girl, she loves it, we’re glad she’s here,” Reid said.
