Travis Kelce is in love with the Big Apple!
During his latest episode New heights podcast co-hosted by brother Jason Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end revealed that while he had an understated New Year’s Eve in New York, it was still a memorable one.
“I didn’t do anything for the New Year. I’m stuck working on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day,” Kelce, 35, said as he entered 2025, before adding, “I was going to New York. I had delicious food and saw a big city, which I freaking love. I love a big city.”

While the NFL star hasn’t revealed more details about his New Year’s Eve plans, Kelce was previously spotted out and about in NYC just days before the big holiday.
On Saturday, December 28, he and girlfriend Taylor Swift were spotted in the city’s Meatpacking District as they stepped out in formal attire.
Swift, 35, dazzled in a black embellished Simkhai “Gianni” coat worn over a black Fleur Du Mal mini dress with a flowing corset, while Kelce wore a bold red waxed denim denim jacket and matching Nahmias flared jeans.
The two, of course, have a history of exploring the city together, having taken numerous trips around Manhattan, including a recent date with Jack Antonoff and Margaret Qualley on December 27th.

2024 was a big year for the couple. Swift spent most of the year on her record-breaking Eras Tour, traveling all over the world in Europe, Australia, Asia, North and South America.
Swift was also released Department for tortured poets in April and added new choreography to her show, surprising fans the following month with sets and costumes.
Kelce attended several of her shows and even appeared on stage during one of her concerts in London at Wembley Stadium.
Kelce, meanwhile, became a Super Bowl champion (for the second year in a row) with the Chiefs after they beat the San Francisco 49ers in February. Swift brought her family and friends to the game to support her boyfriend, in addition to attending several other games throughout the season.

Between football seasons, he was able to spend time with Swift and go out to dinner in New York, visit her home in Rhode Island and vacation together on Lake Como.
At the end of Swift’s tour in December, Kelce praised her on his New heights podcast. “Say hello to Tay and the amazing Eras tour has finally come to an end,” he said.
After Swift’s tour ended, Kelce surprised her with an Eras Tour-themed party, complete with friendship bracelets, a “22” hat and the cleaning cart Swift used to bring to concerts. Friends and family dressed in their favorite era to celebrate record-breaking tours.
This year on Christmas Day, the Chiefs faced the Pittsburgh Steelers at Penn. Swift did not attend this year’s Christmas game, although she supported him from afar. Kelce and Swift also surprised Chiefs teammate Chris Jones and his girlfriend with Christmas gifts.
