Travis Kelce Talks About Feeling Grateful to Hang Out with Brother Jason: ‘Family Time Is Priceless’

Travis Kelce has nothing but love for his older brother Jason.

After the NFL stars were spotted watching the Philadelphia Phillies against the Arizona Diamondbacks on Monday, the 34-year-old Kansas City Chiefs tight end opened up about why he cherishes every moment they spend together.

“Family time is priceless,” he said at a news conference on Friday. “Anytime you can get around your loved ones, you have to take advantage of it. Unfortunately, during or because of football season, I don’t get to see him in person.”

While the Kelce brothers stay connected during the NFL season by co-hosting their weekly podcast New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce, Travis said he also takes every opportunity to see his family.

New heights, our podcast, managed to somehow bring together what we were actually missing from our college days. But whenever I get a chance to go and hang out with them or see mom and dad, I always jump in,” he explained.

“I don’t think either of us could have predicted that we would be where we are right now. We both had great seasons last year, and meeting in the Super Bowl obviously had a lot to do with that,” Travis said, before adding that he was grateful to give the fans a chance to get to know Jason better, 35. “But everyone getting to know my brother better from a personal point of view, getting the striker a bit more time, I think that was great and people really appreciated it.”
