She was among 120 worshipers leaving a service at the River of Life Elim Pentecostal Church when the gun violence took place.

Police say two men, both in their 30s, were also injured in the shooting, and one is currently fighting for his life in hospital.

Tributes have poured in for mum-of-two Michelle, from Walthamstow, East London, following her tragic death.

Yesterday, her devastated husband Jean-Marie told how he was shocked to lose his wife in the latest gun mayhem in London.

The commercial disputes expert said: “I am in shock. How could this happen?

“No one has respect for life anymore.

“I had to tell my children that this tragedy took their mother away.”

A friend said: “Michelle was a light in all of our lives. She adored her children and worked hard to give them a happy life.

“She didn’t deserve this. Nobody knows. She was a brilliant mum.”

A Met Police spokesman said: “A homicide investigation is ongoing following the shooting in Brent.

“At around 9.15pm on Saturday 14th December, police were called to reports of a shooting in Gifford Road, NW10.

“A woman was found with serious injuries – despite the efforts of the emergency services, she was pronounced dead at the scene.

“Although formal identification has yet to be carried out, officers are confident that she is 46-year-old Michelle Sadio. Her family are being assisted by specialist officers.

“Two men, both aged in their 30s, also suffered injuries. One is in hospital in a critical condition, the other man is in non-life-threatening condition.”

No arrests have yet been made in connection with the shooting.

In a video obtained by The Sun, a car pulls up in front of a large group before seven shots are fired, causing panic among the large group of worshippers.

“CHAOS AND PANDEMONY”

While many start to run and seek shelter, the desperate screams of a woman can be heard.

A black motorcycle sneaks around the corner and grabs the victims, who were at the vigil in the church opposite.

Within seconds, Michelle was dead and two men, in their 30s, were seriously injured by the volley.

Hours after the shooting, a distraught relative arrived at the scene and was heard screaming “tell me this isn’t real” before being comforted by officers.

Pastor Lawrence Larbie said the injured were visiting for a vigil for an elderly member of the church on Saturday.

He said: “It was chaos and pandemonium. The meeting was abruptly ended. People knew those who were shot.”

He added: “They came with very deadly, evil intentions to cause death.”

The neighbor said: “People came out of the church, they were at the vigil and they saw the bodies on the ground.

“I heard a lot of crying and screaming.”

‘DOES NOT FEEL SAFE’

Another frightened resident, 50, said: “I just hope that whoever was killed is innocent and that this doesn’t become a recurring situation.”

A resident who lives nearby and did not want to be named said they heard five gunshots in a row.

Another terrified local woman said her daughter arrived home just minutes before the horror.

She said: “My daughter walked through the door 10 minutes before it happened.

“My son thought it was fireworks, then I heard my neighbor screaming and I realized that there were shots being fired.

“It’s crazy, it’s sad. It’s scary, I don’t feel safe.

“I’ve lived here since 2008 and I’ve never heard anything like this before.”

Forensic officers were seen yesterday combing the scene and checking under the car and a white and yellow evidence tent was seen on the road.

Chief Constable Tony Josephs, from North West Command which covers Brent, said: “This is a truly shocking incident where one woman has died and two others have been injured, and I understand the concern this will cause in the local community and those across London.

“I want to reassure people that a team of experienced detectives are already working hard to piece together the events of last night and identify who is responsible for this heinous act of violence.
