Carl “Trooper” Taylor was born in Cuero, Texas on February 20, 1970. He was born and raised in a family of sixteen. He attended Baylor University and earned a bachelor’s degree in 1992. Evi focuses on juvenile justice programs, hospitals, residential care and private practice. dr. Taylor previously served as MSW Director and Co-Chair of the Department of Social Work at Arkansas State University.
