Tsu Surf, a famous rapper, was arrested for RICO on October 13 in New Jersey. Surf was arrested around 1:30 p.m. by U.S. Marshals Service Fugitel Task Force New York/New Jersey, according to Fox 5 New York. He was taken to the Essex County Jail in Newark, New Jersey, where he remains.
According to reports, Surf was arrested at his home, where he lived with an unnamed woman. According to sources, Surf tried to escape through the back door, but the house was surrounded by police.
