TELLY presenter Phil Spencer’s parents have left their £18million fortune to the Location, Location, Location star and his three siblings, estate documents have revealed.
The elder Richard and Anne Spencer – who died together last August when their car plunged into a river on the farm where Phil grew up – split their wealth between the star, his older brother Robert and younger sisters Caryn and Helen.

In the couple’s wills, which were both published today, Richard – known by his middle name David – left a total of £15.3m, while his wife Anne left £2.9m.
In David’s will – drawn up in 2007 – he left £10,000 to each of his eight grandchildren and a £20,000 donation to the Royal National Rescue Foundation.
The rest of his fortune was placed in trust for the benefit of his two sons, TV presenter Phil and older brother Robert – who ran the family farm – and the couple’s daughter.
Anne’s will, which she signed in 2021, specifies that gifts of £500 should be made to a nephew and niece living in Canada, as well as her godson.
She also secured a grant from her estate for the upkeep of her local church in the village of Littlebourne in Kent, near Canterbury. The documents do not specify the amount.
Anne requested that her daughters take over her jewelry and divide it between themselves and her grandchildren and daughter-in-law.
And she left the couple’s farm and her fortune to be divided among her four children.
Anne, 82, was behind the wheel of the Toyota car – with David, 89, in the passenger seat and a carer in the back – when tragedy struck at 12.20pm on August 18 last year.
They were on their way to a local pub for lunch when the vehicle slid off a bridge into the River Nail Bourne, which runs through their property in Littlebourne, near Canterbury, Kent.
The couple’s carer – a woman in her 60s – managed to jump out of the car and raise the alarm – but David and Anna were not saved.

Paramedics and fire crews rushed to the scene, but Phil’s dad died of a lung injury and Anne died of pneumonia and near-drowning.
The accident happened on a bridge which was said to be “extremely narrow” and provided access to the farm in Kent where they worked and lived.
After the alarm was raised, Phil’s brother Robert cut David and Anna’s seat belts with a penknife.
But neither of the pair – who were taken to hospital in Margate by ambulance – could not be saved.
The inquest later heard that David and Anne were trapped underwater for 20 minutes.
Heartbroken TV star Phil, 54, paid a moving tribute following the tragedy, saying his parents would have “held hands underwater and quietly escaped”.
He added: “As a family, we all try to hold on to the fact that mum and dad have gone together and that neither will ever have to mourn the loss of the other. What a blessing.
“The car, which was going very slowly, overturned over the bridge at the approach to the farm, upside down into the river.
“There were no physical injuries and I highly doubt that they would have fought it at all – they would have held hands under the water and quietly slipped away.
Mom and Dad are together, and that’s exactly where they’d like to be

“It is clear to the whole family that if there is a ‘good ending’, this is it.
“Mom and Dad are together, which is exactly where they’d like to be.”
Phil – who lives in Hampshire with his wife Fiona and their children – has already spoken about his childhood on the farm his parents bought after they got married.
In an interview, he said: “Life on a farm, with places to run, adventure and learn about nature helped us grow up with a sense of responsibility.
“Mom would take us out during the holidays to help with the harvest. We were happy to join in and be useful.
“I have a lot of happy memories.”
