Two lost mothers were rescued while nursing their cubs in the alley

Rescuers say they have never seen such a touching thing.

A Good Samaritan found 2 bitches and their cubs in an alley in LA, California and brought them to the Northwest Dog Project (NDP) after realizing they were doing everything they could to keep them safe. Safe for small puppies.

The Good Samaritan first brought the dogs home, then she or he took them to the Northwest Dog Project in Oregon. The 2 dog moms have 9 puppies – 7 females and 2 males, named Louise and Thelma.

Apparently the mothers were abandoned before parting because of hunger and malnutrition.

No one knows if they were thrown at each other, but what is known is that they did everything to protect the pups.

Luckily, the moms did a great job. On the other hand, puppies can be adopted from February 2019, so we don’t know if all of them will be adopted. If you are interested, you will find detailed information on the NDP website.
