UGC ODL Online Admission has been extended
UGC Admission ODL Online Programme: In a recent notification, the University Grants Commission has announced the extension of the last date for admission to Open and Distance Learning (ODL) and online programs for the session July-August 2023. According to the notification, the last date for application of candidates for enrollment in ODL and the online program is on October 20, 2023.
As per the details provided in the official notification, the UGC has decided to extend the last date of admission for higher education institutions offering ODL and online programs for July-August 2023 session from September 30 to October 20, 2023.

Institutions of higher education have also been asked to upload details of student admissions on the UGC DEB portal by November 5, 2023. The notification further states that the institutions cannot submit the details on the official website. Measures will be taken against institutions.

- Check the details on the website of the university
- Checking data on excluded higher education institutions
- Follow the UGC notification regarding degree specification
- Check the prohibited courses
- Enrollments are carried out by higher education institutions according to the specifications of UG
- Prohibition of franchising programs
The deadline for submission of applications for ODL and online program has been extended due to representations received from institutions regarding recent floods in the state, non-release of UG results and delay in admission through conventional mode.
