Vanderpump Rules' James Kennedy Appears to Have Been Removed from Las Vegas Residency After Domestic Violence Arrest

It seems that James Kennedy has no plans to perform in Las Vegas in the new year.

The DJ, who played three concerts at the famous LIV nightclub at the Fontainebleau Hotel in January, appears to have been removed from the website’s calendar since December 13. His January set at Komodo in Dallas, Texas also appears to have been cancelled, as it no longer appears on their website.

A fan account also shared the news on December 13th, posting a screenshot of an email from Universe (Ticketmaster’s company) speculating that the show had been canceled as the email stated that their order had been cancelled.

The calendar change likely comes a day after news broke that Kennedy, 32, had been arrested on suspicion of domestic violence at his Los Angeles home.

PEOPLE has reached out to LIV nightclub, Komodo and Kennedy’s rep for comment on the alleged cancellations.

A spokesperson for the Burbank Police Department told PEOPLE they received a call on Dec. 10 around 11:30 p.m. reporting that Kennedy and an unnamed woman were arguing. When they arrived at the scene, they did not see any injuries, but the caller claimed that Kennedy had gotten physical with the woman, and he was taken into custody.

“The investigation established that it was a family incident that led to [Kennedy’s] arrest,” the spokesman said.”[Kennedy] was reported for the offense of domestic violence, and later paid bail. Formal charges are pending review by the Burbank City Attorney’s Office.”

Kennedy’s attorneys spoke about the arrest on his behalf in a statement obtained by PEOPLE on Dec. 13.

“We are in the process of conducting our own investigation into the allegations made against James by the Burbank Police Department,” they said. “It is our understanding that there were no injuries and we hope that, after a careful review, the city’s attorneys will decide not to file formal charges.”

Lewber, 28, and Kennedy were together earlier that evening at Kathy Hilton’s annual bash, and a source told PEOPLE that the couple spent much of the event apart.

Another source added: “[Kennedy] he was acting so strange, running back and forth to the bar and checking people out along the way. The inebriation worked. He spent the evening mostly alone, but when he spoke to people he seemed irritated and rude.”

A day after his arrest, Kennedy took to Instagram to promote his upcoming show in Dallas, writing, “Can’t wait to get back to my favorite place in DALLAS!!🔥🤠”
