Vanderpump Rules' Tom Schwartz Says He'll Support Tom Sandoval 'Til Death Do Us Part' After Rumored Fallout

Although Schwartz previously said he was “taking a break” from his friend and business partner, he clarified that he will support Sandoval “for better or for worse” at BravoCon on Friday

Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz set the record straight on where they are today.

Co-owners Schwartz & Sandy discussed the friendship during Friday Vanderpump Rules panel at BravoCon 2023 after the two were rumored to have fallen out following news that Sandoval had a months-long affair with actress Rachel “Raquel” Leviss.

When moderator Karamo Brown asked Sandoval, 41, about his relationship with Schwartz, 41, the reality star said over boos from the audience, “Obviously it’s gotten better. He’s been through a tough time because of me and dealt with a lot of residual negativity. And I really appreciate you sticking with me, man.”

In response, Schwartz asserted, “For better or for worse, till death do us part.”

Schwartz previously spoke of a “permanent departure” regarding his friendship with Sandoval in the episode Stars on Mars aired in June after the latter’s “incredibly messy” affair with Leviss, 29, ended his nine-year relationship with Ariana Madix.

“It seems like every time I try to weigh something out or talk about it, ramble on about it, drive it, I inevitably sound like I’m somehow justifying it or making excuses for it, which I’m not,” Schwartz said at the time. – There is simply no excuse for that.

“Any version of his side of the story has become obsolete because of the way he’s handled it. At the end of the day, it’s his life. It’s his life,” he continued. “I didn’t have an affair. I’m not him. It’s so weird that I got completely bogged down in this. It almost took on a life of its own.”

Schwartz then addressed Madix’s comments Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in May when she said the co-owner of TomTom was “actively involved in my downfall” by hiding the meeting.

“I didn’t cover for him, but I had his back,” he explained on the show. “He came to me, confided in me that he was in love with someone else.”

“A friend of mine had an affair that just happened to ravage the nation and was incredibly messed up, but the thing is, I got dragged into it,” Schwartz reiterated. “It was a great source of anxiety in my life. I was in this prolonged frenzy.”

A week ago, the reality star revealed on PodcastOne’s When reality hits with Jax and Brittany to “rest” from Sandoval.

“He made a big mess. And then you know, he left it up to us to clean up back at the companies,” Schwartz told hosts Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright. “And it’s hard for me not to be jealous of him.”
