Vasudev Devnani is an Indian politician. He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. He is the legislator from Ajmer North constituency. In 2023, he was appointed Speaker of the Rajasthan Assembly. He was the first Sindhi to become the Speaker of the Rajasthan Assembly.

While in college, Vasudev Devnani was deeply influenced by the ideology and practices of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS); hence he joined the RSS. Later, he joined the student wing of the RSS, the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP). Before joining the BJP, he served as the president of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) in Rajasthan for nine years.

In 2003, Vasudev Devnani was selected as the BJP candidate against Congress leader Naren Bhagat Shahani for the Ajmer seat in Rajasthan Erbei constituency. He won the election with more than 45% of the total votes and became the MLA from Ajmer North constituency. In December 2003, under the Vasundhara Raje government, he was appointed Minister of State for Education. Vasudev Devnani won elections from Ajmer North constituency twice, in 2008 and 2013. In 2008, he won by just 688 votes. In 2013, he took independent charge of primary and secondary education in Vasundhara Raje Ministry. In 2018, he contested again from Ajmer North constituency against Congress leader Mahendra Singh Ralawata and won by 8,630 votes. In 2023, Vasudev Devnani contested for the fifth consecutive time in the state Legislative Assembly elections from Ajmer North constituency against Congress leader Mahendra Singh Ralawata ) competed and won by 4,644 votes.

On December 12, 2023, Vasudev Devnani was appointed as the 18th Speaker of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly under the government of Bhajan Lal Sharma.
