Victoria and David Beckham are enjoying the aurora borealis!
The power couple shared their reactions to seeing the aurora borealis in photos posted to Instagram on Friday, May 10, as the spectacular, colorful display, known as the aurora borealis, made its way to the UK and Europe.
In a photo shared on Victoria’s Instagram Stories, David, 49, was captured admiring the purple and pink lights as he stood on an outdoor stone path and looked up at the sky with his arms outstretched.
“Aurora borealis #northernlights,” Victoria, 50, wrote in the caption, tagging her husband.
“This is amazing!!!!” She added as she posted another close-up photo of the lights shining across the sky.
On May 10, the Beckhams saw the aurora borealis.

David shared his surprise at the sight as he also posted a zoomed-in shot on his Instagram Stories of the Northern Lights — blending from bright pink to purple to blue.
“Wow no filter,” he wrote in the caption.
The pair experienced the aurora borealis just over a week after Victoria paid tribute to David on his 49th birthday on May 2.
“Happy birthday David. I love that we really grow old together!😂😂”, she wrote in a message to the former soccer star on her Instagram. “You are not far behind me!!!! You are our everything!!!! The best dad and husband, we all love you so, so much xxxxx.”
The couple posted their vision of the light display on Instagram Stories.

Speaking of an unexpected reunion at Jimmy Kimmel Live On May 8, David said: “It’s actually been 12 years since they performed at the UK Olympics, but over 15 years since they’ve actually been on stage together. So obviously they’re all there that night and I’m not expected them to all get up on stage.”
