Victoria Beckham Says Harper, 12, Doesn’t Know About Mom’s Breast Implants Just Yet: ‘Not There’

Victoria Beckham wants her daughter to feel beautiful inside and out.

It appears on the cover AllureIn the December issue, the 49-year-old designer opened up about being a beauty and fashion figure while teaching her daughter, 12-year-old Harper Seven, about the importance of inner beauty.

The mom of four recalls her daughter telling her, “I have a gap in my teeth, mom. And I have this little mole right here.’ ”

“I say, ‘That’s your lucky gap,'” Victoria said. “Cindy Crawford is a family friend, so I said, ‘Cindy was told to remove her mole, and that mole is what makes Cindy, Cindy Crawford.’”

When asked if her decision to remove her breast implants years ago was something her daughter was aware of, Victoria candidly replied: “To be honest, I wish I never had [gotten implants]. It was a moment in time and I think I can share my experiences with her,” she says. “But we’re not there yet.”

In an interview with Vogue Australia last year, Victoria discussed how body shaming has erupted on social media and her concerns about how it could affect Harper one day.

“Harper’s not on social media, so we don’t have to worry about that yet. But considering how cruel people can be, yes, it really is [concern me],” she said.

Victoria noted that Harper is “at an age where her body is going to start changing, but it’s about us communicating a lot as a family and her surrounding herself with dear friends. But it’s pretty scary, I can’t lie.”

The mum-of-four also said Harper is more conservative compared to her own look from her Spice Girls days.

“She actually said to me recently, ‘Mum, I saw some pictures of you when you were in the Spice Girls and your skirts were just unacceptable. They were just too short,'” he says.

“Then David piped up and said, ‘Absolutely, Harper! They really, really did.’ And she was actually quite appalled at how short my skirts were. I said, ‘Aren’t you ever going to wear skirts like that?’ She said, ‘Absolutely not.’ We’ll see.”
