In 2015, Vinod Ghosalkar stirred up controversy when Sheetal Mhatre said at a media conference that he was using the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation’s (BMC) Funds were used to build a swimming pool, pretending it was a permanent Ganesh dip pool for the Dahisar Sports Foundation.
