Jennie just put a jazzy twist on her new single “You & Me.”
On Wednesday night, the BLACKPINK member showed off her vocal range as she released the music video for her new jazz-inspired single.
In the video, Jennie, 27, has her hair pulled back in a chic updo and wears a black and baby pink off-the-shoulder mini dress as she shows off her soothing vocals.
“I love you too while we’re dancing in the moonlight/No one can see, it’s just you and me tonight,” she sings, sitting on a chair with a big moon in the background.

BLACKPINK’s Jennie releases new sultry dance-pop single ‘You & Me’
Jennie released a sultry dance-pop hit on Friday. The song was released with a dance performance video featuring BLACKPINK in a red dress joined by a team of back-up dancers in black leotards.
Against a minimalist background, they repeat the fierce choreography that was created on the Born Pink world tour. In the end, it’s as if Jennie and the dancers surrounded by stardust are truly dancing in the moonlight, and the singer is joined by only a male partner.
“You & Me” dropped as a double single, arriving alongside “You & Me (Coachella ver.)”. An uptempo second version of the song, “You & Me (Coachella ver.)” showcases Jennie’s versatility, as the track is led by a more hip-hop beat and includes an additional rap verse.
“You & Me” reportedly debuted during the opening date of BLACKPINK’s Born Pink World Tour at the KSPO Dome in Seoul last October, according to NME .
The single also follows her debut solo single “SOLO” in 2018, which reached number one on Billboard’s Worldwide Digital Songs Chart.
