Watch Jennifer Lopez Sparkle — and Dance! — in an Exclusive Behind-the-Scenes Video with Coach

Lopez stars in Coach’s Wear Your Shine campaign, which aims to encourage self-expression

Jennifer Lopez dances like nobody’s watching for Coach’s Wear Your Shine campaign.

In an exclusive behind-the-scenes video of the campaign for PEOPLE, the star sheds her inhibitions in a shimmering black dress, embodying Coach’s mission of authentic expression. As Lopez dances on a rooftop, she holds a metallic Coach purse skyward.

In the original campaign video, Lopez narrates the scene: “Don’t do this, don’t do that. Be fun, be sophisticated. Dance, don’t dance.” The star shakes off the doubt and begins to dance.

The behind-the-scenes video shows Lopez in full choreography, as she tosses her hair, shakes her hips and lets loose.

Lopez wears Coach’s High Neck Sequin Dress and Metallic Tabby Shoulder Bag 20 in the campaign, which introduced metallic and glittery handbags and ready-to-wear pieces to the brand’s collection.

The exclusive photos also show Lopez posing for campaign images. In one photo, Lopez accessorizes a casual denim skirt with a metallic purse.

In a statement, Coach CMO Sandeep Seth said the brand hopes to reach out to the Gen-Z audience with the campaign.

“The campaign’s message was based on an insight we saw about our Gen Z consumers — that it’s often the inner voice that prevents them from fully expressing themselves,” he said in a statement. “‘Wear Your Shine’ is the next chapter in our mission to inspire our customers to find the courage to express themselves.”
