Kylian Mbappe lived up to expectations as he scored both goals and Los Blancos moved up to second in the LaLiga table.
But instead it was a strange challenge from Tchouameni that left fans in shock.
The pass failed to reach Luka Modrić, and Betis star Iker Losada intercepted.
He then dribbled his team around the pitch, only to be stopped by the outstretched leg of Tchouameni.
The striker appeared to go past the Frenchman, but somehow managed to knock the ball out to him without making contact with the player or changing the speed of the ball.
The seemingly bizarre incident stunned fans, with one saying: “It looks like a mistake by Fifa.”
Another added: “I’ve watched this video 60 times and I don’t understand it.”
A third reacted: “I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw it during the game.”

Others call the Real Madrid star “Tchouamagic” and “Tchoudini”.
Putting the footage in slow motion, the player seems to time his attack to perfection and somehow puts the ball through Losada’s legs as he runs.
