Rebecca Stokes of Your Tango found that if you first see the painter and his subject, you laser-focus on the person you love.
She said: “When you’re not in love, you spend your time getting to know every single person you meet. You can not avoid it.

She said: “Being in a relationship gives you the freedom to sit with yourself and experience your emotions more honestly.”

Stokes said: “When you are not in love, you are truly rootless.”
But he cautioned: “It’s great that being in love gives you a new awareness of the importance of family and home as the center of your life, but don’t forget that you still need to get out of the house sometimes.”
