The wife of Maharashtra’s Deputy Chief Minister Amruta Fadnavis shared photos of herself posing with reptiles on Friday, shocking her followers. Taking to Twitter, two photos shared by Amruta showed her posing with a macaque and a snake, alongside which she wrote: “The most poisonous, dangerous and cruel animals are only human! FridayFeeling”. Users quickly reacted to the post and description of it, as soon as the photos went viral.

This year, Amruta made headlines in a case involving extortion and bribery allegations against bookmaker Anil Jaisinghani and his daughter Aniksha. In her complaint, Amruta Fadnavis alleged that her father and her daughter blackmailed her and tried to extort Rs 10 million from her. Before the special court, the case is under investigation and the Mumbai police filed the charge sheet last month.
