Who is Elga Bartsch? Wiki, biography and personal life
Elga Bartsch, Ph.D., Director, is in charge of economic and market research at The Blackrock Investment Institute (BII). In addition to original market and economic research and publishing insights, BII connects BlackRock’s portfolio managers.
dr. Bartsch received his master’s degree from the University of Kiel and his Ph.D. there after attending the University of Hanover and the London School of Economics to further her education.
She began her career as a research associate at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy, an important German economic think tank, where she led Advanced Studies in International Economic Policy Research and worked in the president’s office.
dr. Bartsch is a trustee of the IFO Institute for Economic Research and has more than 20 years of experience in macroeconomic research. He is also a member of the ECB Shadow Council.
She also participated in and supervised the Economic and Monetary Policy Committee of the German Banking Association.
