The identity of the celebrity who allegedly watched Jay-Z and Sean “Diddy” Combs rape a 13-year-old girl remains unknown at this time.
The couple allegedly assaulted the teenager at the 2000 VMAs after party while an unidentified “Celebrity B” watched, the lawsuit alleges.

Initially, the lawsuit stated that Combs raped the young girl while two unknown names – “Celebrity A” and “Celebrity B” – looked on.
But Jay-Z, real name Shawn Carter, was named as Celebrity A in a renewed lawsuit Sunday in New York by an anonymous plaintiff who now claims he and Combs raped her while “Celebrity B” looked on.
It remains unknown who the alleged Celebrity B is, but attorney Julia Jayne told Fox News Digital that the woman is “100 percent a lawyer and probably reviewing the claim.”
She explained that unknown celebrity B was unlikely to come forward “because it would drag that celebrity’s name through the mud.”
“It is likely that the celebrity’s name will come out, but no celebrity wants to be associated with this case, even as a witness,” the lawyer added.
– It would be negative publicity.
Meanwhile, criminal lawyer Lauren Johnson-Norris suggested that Celebrity B’s identity could potentially already be known to the prosecution’s lawyer or Celebrity B’s lawyer.
“Every celebrity witness so far has consulted an attorney about this case,” Johnson-Norris said.
“We can only speculate to what extent Celebrity B has been interviewed by the prosecutor or Celebrity B is already cooperating with the prosecutor’s team.”
Johnson-Norris said it “remains to be seen” whether the alleged unknown celebrity will “say she was there of her own free will or she was also a victim.”

Defense lawyer Oleg Nekritin said that most lawyers “will advise celebrities that they must fight like hell, first quietly, and then, if they are called out, loudly.”
He explained that if a celebrity settles the case, it could be seen as an “implicit admission of misconduct”.
Unless there is “credible evidence of misconduct, the celebrity will not seek to settle this case.”
The lawyer said the celebrity might want to “fight back” and “protect her name.”
He added: “There will be no chance of this celebrity cooperating with the prosecutor unless there is strong evidence of misconduct by the celebrity.”
The claims made by an unnamed Jane Doe are part of a federal lawsuit filed against Combs in New York in October — refiled Sunday to include Jay-Z.
It claims that Combs “abused, molested, raped, assaulted, threatened and coerced women, minors and others” for decades.
And he describes his “close friend Shawn Carter [Jay-Z]” as a witness to “many” of his alleged crimes over the years.

Jay-Z strongly rejected the allegations – and described them as “blackmail”.
The lawsuit alleges that on September 7, 2000, Jane Doe attempted to gain entry to the VMAs in New York without a ticket.
Approaching limo drivers outside the event, the prosecutor claims one of them claimed to work for Diddy and invited her to the after party.
He reportedly said that she “fits what Diddy was looking for.”
She was later driven to the house where the party was being held and made to sign a form she now believes may have been a non-disclosure agreement, the lawsuit alleges.
During the party, she allegedly saw “widespread drug use,” including “marijuana and cocaine.”
She claimed that the waitress later offered her a drink that had a “bitter” taste, and after drinking it, she felt “dizzy and dizzy, which forced her to lie down.”
She claims that she found an empty bedroom in the house with only a bed, where she went to bed without locking the door.
Shortly after, she claims Diddy, Jay-Z and an unnamed celebrity referred to only as “Celebrity B” entered the room.
Jay-Z’s full statement following rape allegations
“My lawyer received a blackmail attempt, called a demand letter, from “the lawyer”… What he calculated was the nature of these allegations and public scrutiny would make me want to settle.
No sir, it had the opposite effect! This made me expose you for fraud in a VERY public way. So no, I won’t give you ONE RED PENNY!!
These allegations are of such a heinous nature that I am asking you to file criminal charges, not civil ones!! Whoever would commit such a crime against a minor should be imprisoned, do you agree?
These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case.
This lawyer, who I did a little research on, seems to have a pattern of that kind of theatrics!
I have no idea how you became such a miserable man, Mr. [X]but I promise you I’ve seen your kind many times. I’m more than ready to deal with your type. You claim to be a Marine?! Marines are known for their bravery, you have no honor or dignity.
My only heart is broken for my family. My wife and I will have to sit our children down, one of whom is at an age where her friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims, and explain the cruelty and greed of people. I mourn another loss of innocence. Children should not have to suffer this in their youth. It is unfair to try to understand the inexplicable levels of malice intended to destroy the family and the human spirit.
My heart and support goes out to the true victims of the world, who have to watch their life story costumed for profit by this ambulance chaser in a cheap suit.
You have made a terrible error of judgment in thinking that all “celebrities” are the same. I’m not from your world. I’m a young man who made it out of the Brooklyn Project. We don’t play games like this. We have very strict codes and honor. We protect children, you seem to be exploiting people for personal gain. Only your network of fake physics conspiracy theorists will believe the idiotic claims you made against me that if it weren’t for the seriousness surrounding child harm, would be laughable.
I can’t wait to show you how different I am.”
Diddy “aggressively approached the plaintiff with a crazy look in his eyes, grabbed her and said, ‘You’re ready to party!'” the lawsuit states.
He then allegedly threw her against a wall before grabbing her and throwing her onto the bed.
Jay-Z then allegedly removed her clothes before holding and raping her.
After that, he reportedly backed off, allowing Diddy to do the same thing.
Jay-Z explosively denied the claims, calling the lawsuit “blackmail.”
He insisted the “heinous” allegations were not true and said he was heartbroken for his family.
In a statement to The Sun, he said: “My only heart is broken for my family.
“My wife and I will have to sit our children down, one of whom is at an age where her friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims and explain the cruelty and greed of people.”
The teenager said she resisted Combs after the second rape, ran out of the room and out of the house before getting dressed and fleeing on foot to a nearby gas station.
The clerk let her use the phone on which she called her dad and asked him to pick her up.
Some 20 years later, she claims she still suffers from “deep depression” and “post-traumatic stress disorder and seizures caused by stress and trauma” after the alleged rapes.
The lawsuit alleges that she “has had difficulty maintaining normal relationships and lives largely withdrawn from society.”
It was also described that the friendship between Diddy and Jay-Z goes beyond professional collaboration.
The submission reads: “His [Diddy’s] close friend Shawn Carter was with Combs during many of the cases described here. Both perpetrators must face justice.
“Combs and Carter weren’t just casual collaborators in the music industry.
Jay-Z and Beyoncé perform together at premiere with daughter Blue Ivy after rapper accused of raping 13-year-old girl in shock Diddy’s lawsuit
“The two men developed a close friendship that has been well documented from the late 1990s to the present day.”
The lawsuit also alleges that Combs enjoyed using “the popular compound rape drug Rohypnol, or GHB, to commit heinous acts of sexual violence and non-consensual rape against countless victims.”
THE FIGHT WITH JLO
Meanwhile, leaked images have emerged showing Jennifer Lopez in a screaming argument with Combs on the night he and Jay-Z allegedly raped a 13-year-old girl.
Shocking pictures show the moment the Bronx star and the disgraced rapper were caught in a heated argument before JLo gave Combs a death glare and stormed off.
JLo, 55, is pictured in resurfaced photos taken at the 2000 MTV VMAs afterparty with ex-boyfriend Diddy – the same night of the alleged attack.
In the pictures, the former couple can be seen embroiled in a heated argument as the singer scowled at Combs around dozens of partygoers.
Visibly upset, she was seen standing next to her sister Lynda and yelling at Diddy after their apparent altercation.
It is unclear what sparked the altercation and there is no indication that it is related to the alleged rape.
War rapper Diddy is currently in jail in New York ahead of his trial next May on racketeering and sex trafficking charges.
He has faced a series of rape and assault charges in recent months.
He denied all the accusations against him.
Diddy’s fall
By Forrest McFarland, senior reporter for The US Sun, who has covered Diddy’s legal battles for years
BEFORE Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested in September, there was speculation the rap star would find himself in custody after he was repeatedly indicted on disturbing allegations – and the feds raided two of his mansions.
His mounting legal troubles finally came to a head on Sept. 17, when he was indicted on three federal counts, including human trafficking, for allegedly forcing victims to participate in drug-fueled sex parties he called “Freak Offs.”
Hours before his arrest, America’s The Sun exclusively revealed that the feds investigating Combs were secretly in touch with Tupac Shakur murder prosecutors about gang activity.
The development also comes after Combs was named 77 times in documents filed by prosecutors in the Tupac murder case.
In addition to the Tupac investigation, Combs was already facing a number of lawsuits, including one he settled with his ex, Cassie Ventura, after she accused him of rape and abuse.
Disturbing hotel surveillance footage from 2016 shows Combs hunting Cassie, then punching, kicking and beating her in the hallway.
Two months earlier, in March 2024, two of Combs’ mansions were raided by federal investigators, who seized three AR-15s, drugs and 1,000 bottles of lube that were part of his “Freak Off” stash.
In addition to his federal criminal charges, Combs also faces several lawsuits alleging sexual assault, harassment and sex trafficking dating back to the early 1990s.
Music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed one lawsuit in February 2024, alleging that Combs forced him to hire sex workers and engage in sexual acts while working on his latest album.
Combs has denied any wrongdoing and pleaded not guilty to federal sex-trafficking charges, but his battle is far from over.
He faces life in prison if convicted on all counts.
