Jamie Kennedy began his career as a Hollywood extra after moving to Los Angeles. He was reading about Joan River while preparing dinner at the time, and the waiter replied: ‘I’ve worked in different movies, but other than that, I have to work as a waiter.’ After a year, he could not find a job in the profession, so he decided to work as a host at Red Lobster. He also applied for auditions for commercial ads, but did not receive a positive response from any of them.
Jamie started working as a telemarketer with the hope that he would be able to sell products better than others. He started selling products after impersonating a customer and selling them to attract more customers and gain attention. Additionally, he first appeared in the Scream series of films as Randy Meeks in the 1990s. He was also nominated for a Golden Raspberry Award for Worst Actor for his performance as Tim Avery in ‘Son of the Mask’.
He is focusing his efforts on establishing a production company he calls Wannabe Producers.
