Jello Biafra was born on June 17, 1958 in Boulder, Colorado. His mother, Virginia, was a librarian and his father, Stanley Wayne Boucher, was a psychiatric social worker. He also had a sister named Julie J Boucher, who died while climbing the mountain on October 12, 1996.
