Who Is Lauren Brito From “Selling The OC”?

The Netflix sold-out Season 1 of The OC will be available on Netflix on August 24th. The real estate drama will follow a group of real estate agents whose primary goal is to attract the best clientele for their company, The Oppenheim. Viewers will also get to know Lauren Brito, a realtor who likes to spend time with her fiance and golden dog in her spare time.

Selling The OC is a spin-off of the hit streaming real estate drama Selling Sunset. Oppenheim Brothers built a second office in Newport Beach and hired a new team of brokers. In addition to business, the program will also highlight the professional and personal competition of real estate brokers.

Other members of the series include:

Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Austin Victoria, Brandi Marshall, Gio Helou, Kayla Cardona, Sean Palmieri, Polly Brindle and Tyler Stanaland are among the cast members.

According to the official synopsis of the show:

“It shows three different Alexanders, not one, not two, but three. The Oppenheim Group is expanding its reach from Hollywood to Newport Beach with its second office in the upcoming Selling Sunset spin-off. With a new group of brokers trying to establish themselves, the pressure could be too much for some.”

Lauren Brito, a Southern California native, has lived in Orange County for the past decade. She seamlessly incorporates her ‘beach town’ experience into her real estate industry due to her beach demographic. Lauren also ran her family business in suburban Los Angeles before joining the real estate industry. However, while running the company, she acquired extensive knowledge in operations management, customer relations, negotiation and marketing.

Initially, sales in 2017, the OC Realtor began working as a Realtor with First Team Real Estate in Orange City. The real estate firm was a subsidiary of the Mastorakis group, where she worked for three months. She then became a Realtor at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in August 2017. The organization provided her with a wealth of real estate expertise and knowledge. For four years, Brito was completely dedicated and committed to the organization. Finally, in June 2021, she joined The Oppenheim Group, where she is currently employed as a real estate associate.

Lauren has successfully closed over 150 homes over the years, thanks to her extensive real estate expertise and experience. Lauren is married to her fiance, Andrew T. Shortt, who also works as a consultant at the real estate firm, Mason Taylor Associates. It primarily serves consumers in the coastal region of Orange County. Furthermore, the couple announced their engagement on December 28, 2020. Despite this, they have been together for six years. On August 24, viewers will be able to watch all episodes of Selling The OC on Netflix.
