American Idol Season 21 will air this week. Madison Neisius, a singer with her own “music concept” called RetroCheeseburger, will be one of the musicians performing at the upcoming show.

The future American Idol Season 21 contestant is an artist and performer from Dallas, Texas, who has been playing the instrument for over a decade. According to her Instagram profile, the “punk art girl” fell in love with the instrument while playing the video game Guitar Hero III, and then got a real guitar for her birthday when childhood. The singer attended The School of Rock, where she was a member of Dean’s List Band, The Continental Summer Tour Band and American Garage, an all-girls band. She then taught at the school for a time. Before entering the music industry, she was a creative director specializing in family entertainment and entertainment. She is considered an expert in box design, retail, trend research, product ideas, social media, photography, video and drawing. She also shared the stage with Nirvana at Dallas’ Trees. Madison’s music is characterized as having lyrical lyrics, catchy melodies, and “moving musical themes”. According to her website, her songs feature the inventive punk, inspired vocals of Joan Jett.

In March 2020, the artist encountered financial difficulties and was forced to apply for disability benefits. She then composed the Quarantine Birthday Song and shot a music video for it in her studio.
