Who Is Preston Nguyen From “Next Level Chef”?

Gordon Ramsay’s famous cooking competition The Next Level Chef is coming back with a new season. The show’s executive producer and mentor is an award-winning chef, television personality, and restaurateur. The second season of Next Level Chef will air on FOX on Sunday, February 12, 2023, shortly after the Super Bowl. The popular reality TV cooking competition series will feature 13 new chefs competing against each other for the top spot. Everyone will be assigned a mentor who will guide them through the process. The contestants will participate in a three-level tournament with a unique concept. Preston Nguyen is one of the chefs participating in the second season of Next Level Chef.

Preston is not a new face in the culinary world. He was a world culinary champion in his youth and is currently a freshman at the University of Dallas’ El Centro campus. He graduated from Martin High School in Arlington in 2021. Preston, from Season 2 of Next Level Chef, is a 19-year-old professional chef from Dallas.

Preston was born in Dallas, Texas, although he currently resides in Arlington, Texas. He created a reputation in the culinary profession even though he was only 19 years old. He made $100k participating in the World Culinary Championships as a sous chef with his parents. In addition, he was also crowned the youngest champion in history. Southern Sunday Social is the name of his winning meal. According to the Dallas Morning News, the formula contains the following ingredients:

“Honey-fried quail lollipops, Southern quail and dumplings, quail eggs, boiled Carolina peanut caviar, Hoppin’ John rice and peach thyme butter tortillas.”
