Williams and McKinley’s tail exclusively confirmed to the people on March 2, 2019 that the former couple gave birth to a girl Pilar Jhen McKinley.

In April 2023, Pilar got her first recital and both parents came to her in support. Williams posted a video of a special day on Instagram, including her position with Pilar and McKinley.
