Robert Marks is an American man who was an assistant principal at Brookstown Middle Magnet Academy in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, United States.
He has been in the news recently for his alleged affair with one of his staff teachers named Lyntell Washington who was murdered in 2016. Robert is accused of her murder. On Friday, October 7, 2022 at 9 p.m., a special episode of “20/20” focused on a murder case was broadcast.

Robert is charged with second-degree murder and second-degree feticide of Lyntell Washington. She died on June 9, 2016. Her body was pulled a week after her death from a ditch near Rosedale, after which an autopsy was performed that revealed she had been shot in the head.
