Who Is Vincent ‘Vinny’ Alia From “Next Level Chef” Season 2?

Next Level Chef season 2 will bring together 18 chefs from all over the country to compete in the biggest and strangest food war ever. Gordon Ramsay, Nyesha Arrington and Richard Blais will lead the chefs as they are split into six teams. Vincent Alia was one of six chefs selected to work with the Gordon Ramsay team.

Vincent Alia, a 43-year-old home cook, is from Columbia, South Carolina. He currently works as a firefighter in Westminster, Massachusetts.

Vincent graduated from Leominster High School in 1997 and spent four years in the US Navy before joining the Leominster Fire and EMS Department in 2004. He is a self-taught chef who enjoys cooking for his fire department. . He specializes in chicken piccata. Vincent is known for “putting the elements together” to see what he can create. His Italian family is responsible for his lifelong passion for cooking, which he developed at a young age.

A single parent, Vincent is raising his 9-year-old daughter, Madison. He had a heart attack in December and will be watching the first episode at home with his daughter, two nieces, Erin McKenna, the mother of his daughter and her husband Dave, as well as his sister Ashley and her husband. she is Mike.

While watching the first season of Next Level Chef, Shawn Phillips, Alia’s co-star, filled out a 40-page application for him, putting the name “Fire House Chef” on the application. Vincent was surprised when the show’s producers asked for some photos and said:

“I’m simply a fire cook. I don’t have any dishes and I don’t know how to make things tasteful.”

The photos landed him an interview, and the producers liked his demeanor and background. He was allowed to participate in the show, but tested positive for Covid in London, where he is said to be filming for the competition. Alia finally met his mentors Next Level Chef after the producers gave him five days to appear on the spot. In the interview, he described the entire event as “bogus” and added:

“It was like being pushed into the NFL as a high school football player.”

Vincent mentioned that speed, presentation, taste and delivery were key aspects of his experience with the show.

Nyesha J. Arrington, Gordon Ramsay, and Richard Blais are mentors for Season 2 of The Next Level Chef. They will try to bring out the best in the six team members they will mentor until they discover “one” of their biggest competitors. The winner of the series will receive a $250,000 cash prize, one year of mentorship from the jury, and lifetime bragging rights. After the Super Bowl, Next Level Chef Season 2 will premiere on Fox on Sunday, February 12, at 10:30 p.m. ET. After a special premiere episode, the show returns every Thursday at 8:00 PM ET.
