Usually, the news of a death is sad to hear, but when it comes to a person who has already dedicated his life to the service of society, then it becomes sad. One of those communities is currently grieving the death of a person who lost their life in an accident. These cases are constantly increasing and it seems that it is necessary to toughen the application of the law with traffic rules, and it is necessary to toughen the sanctions. Perhaps then such cases could be prevented. Speaking of the current incident, the deceased has been identified as Maureen Wener.
Maureen Werner: Cyclist killed Highland Park
She was a mother, a role model, and a friend in her community who was always ready to help other people. Most remember the 49-year-old woman who lost her life in an accident on Friday afternoon. According to reports, she was cycling near Deerfield and Piccadilly Road. The entire community is shocked and wants justice for her and wants to see the defendant behind bars for her. Thousands of people pay tribute to her and remember her for the work she did for society.
A youth services librarian who worked at the Deerfield Public Library, Noreen Trotsky shared her thoughts on the deceased and asked police to find the culprit. He states that “I hope the police find the culprit who committed this crime. It’s hard to believe that he’s actually gone. Maureen was a wonderful woman who always helped people love. She was thoughtful. She always said ‘hi’ to you.” and asked her how things were and she will be sorely missed.” Police have filed a report and are currently investigating the case and claim that the vehicle drove away from the scene and the victim died of serious injuries at a nearby hospital.
The reports further added that Steven Hiller lives in the area and claimed that a woman attempted CPR immediately before police arrived on the scene. Says Hiller, “The thing that went through my mind was how terrible it was, the fact that this woman went for a bike ride and got hit.” Several people felt Wenerica’s influence, as she worked on many local committees. Bob Morgan, a state representative, knew her very well and called her “a true and loyal public servant.” Reports indicate that the deceased left behind a son and a husband, Paul, who is currently grieving her death and wants to know more about the incident and is desperate to meet the person accused of her death.
