Whoopi Goldberg Gasps at ‘Transparent’ Dress on Alyssa Farah Griffin: ‘Gotta Keep Them Guessing!’

It’s not an episode View if his co-hosts aren’t debating each other’s fashion choices.

During Thursday’s episode of the popular talk show, Whoopi Goldberg called attention to Alyssa Farah Griffin’s look of the day: a teal floral lace dress. “You’re very transparent this morning,” Goldberg joked.

Griffin corrected her, however, noting that the dress was not actually see-through, Joy Behar also clarified that the material did not reveal Griffin’s skin.

“How do we know? But it looks like it’s her body!” Goldberg replied.

“I’ll have to leave them guessing,” Griffin coyly replied, before admitting that she had put on Spanx under her dress.

Goldberg relented and finally said, “Well, fine. It’s beautiful. But it was surprising.”

That then led to another conversation about Behar’s Gucci dress, which she recalled was purchased at a “deep discount” during a sample sale with Sunny Hostin. “I was stalking a woman,” she joked, recalling the way she eyed a designer item in a store.

“You all look good! You all look very good today! It’s not like you’re not every day,” Goldberg said, complimenting her friends and colleagues.

All agreed with Behar that they looked “popping”.

Fashion has been a hot topic on the show before.

Back in October, the group jokingly fired Hostin for her leopard print jumpsuit and long ponytail, mistaking her for a member of the group Cats ensemble.
