Nobody has heart like Miranda Lambert.

During the last episode of Bunny Xo’s Stupid blonde podcast, the country star, 40, opened up about how being childless has given her the space to mentor a “younger generation” of artists.

Since I don’t have my own children, I want to use that part of what I’ve learned for, you know, the younger generation, especially artists because nobody tells you how it’s going, the artist-podcast host, 44, told “Drunk.” handbook to you, like, ‘Well, when you get there this level, this is what will happen.”

Lambert added, “Just to see the fire in the eyes of, like, someone who’s just starting out, it reignites your fire.”

She also explained that when she experiences “burnout”, helping younger artists is something that fills her soul.

“Being around that new fire and young people who are so hungry and so inspired is like, ‘I want some of that,’ you know. And I want to give them some wisdom and some reminders [to] enjoy the ride,” Lambert said.

The “Wranglers” artist added, “I want to be there for anyone who just needs a soundboard because I’ve been there.”

Elsewhere in the episode, Lambert discussed the burnout she experienced last summer.

“I didn’t realize what it was until I thought, ‘I think this is what they call burnout’ — just because I didn’t take a break or a long enough break,” she said.

Miranda Lambert’s husband Brendan McLoughlin got misty-eyed when he found out she recorded his song ‘Dammit Randy’

“I just feel like we have to learn the balance,” she said. “It’s really hard when you’re so driven to relax and do nothing. But if you don’t charge, it’s like you’re only running at 50% anyway.”

As Lambert reassured Bunnie that burnout didn’t mean she was “giving up forever,” it helped her come to some realizations.

It was just one of those moments, she said. – I’ve had them over the years.
