On October 11, 2022, Willie Spence died in a car accident in Jasper, Tennessee, on Interstate 24 near Chattanooga. Shortly after his death, police confirmed his death in a media statement and revealed that his car crashed into a tractor-trailer parked on the road. The police stated,
Spence was driving when for unknown reasons he veered off the road and hit a trailer parked on the shoulder. Spencer was killed. He was only 23 years old at the time. “
