The man and the woman, both in the 20ths, were arrested after horror, but have been released with bail ever since.
The invitation was sent at 19.19 hours after Morgan was brutally attacked in an apartment on Cobhorn Drive, South Bristol.
Despite the efforts to save her, Morgan tragically died at the scene due to injury.
Her family has now talked to thank the public for their support, but she has asked for privacy.

Police Avon and Somerset said in a statement: “A family of a woman who tragically died after being attacked by a dog in southern Bristol, thanked the public for their support.
“Although the formal identification procedure was just completed, the officers said at the scene that the victim was 19-year-old Morgan Dorsett from Shropshire.
“Morgan’s family is still updated on the investigation and supported by a specially trained officer.
“They thanked the public members for their support and those who left the flowers.
“They asked for their privacy to be respected at this difficult moment.”
Last night, the local claimed that the killer almost attacked her just three weeks ago on the street.
The woman was in the mid-20s and who asked her not to identify herself, she said, “I returned home with some shopping late afternoon and saw the dog and his owner walking toward me.
“The closer I was to them, the more the dog pulled into his leadership, and when I was a few meters, he was barking and growled like crazy and was obviously trying to get into me.
“The owner pulled him with his strength and just managed to hold him, somehow under control.
“I don’t know if the dog went for me or any food was in my bag, but it was absolutely scary.
“I was so upset that I was thinking about calling the police and talked to my neighbor about it.
“She told me that she had been with that and in similar circumstances a few weeks earlier.
“In the end, I decided to contact the police because I did not want any problems.
“It’s absolutely hearty for a woman who died her family. Thank God this dangerous animal has now been destroyed.
“The poem should be banned. We seem to read about such attacks every day. Something needs to be done.”

Another horrible neighbor testified that the owner of the dog left an apartment covered with blood that then sat down on the street and started crying for “hours.”
She said, “It was almost like trying to scream, cry and ask for help at the same time.”
“She was sitting on the stairs and for a few hours it went through and did not arrest her or something. She did not return at all.
“Somehow she landed down [the road] And I could hear her all the hours just crying.
“She had blood on her. I don’t know if she was injured, trying to prevent the dog from being an attack.
“She had her in front. It was more than a little [of blood]. “
Neighbors Doreen Tovey, 82, and Barry Tovey, 62, reported that they saw the woman leaving.
Mrs. Tovey said, “I saw a young girl, very hysterical, shouting,” They killed my dog. “
“You could hear her screaming. All I heard was crowds and six or seven police cars.”
Doreen Tovey said the incident was “very scary”.
“I went out my house to see what all the crowds were. [There were] Many police cars, clutter, an ambulance across the street from me. “
The alarmed neighbor heard the crowd and rushed to help while the owner of the dog left the apartment.

Two people were arrested on suspicion that he was “in charge of a dog dangerously out of control causing an injury that resulted in death” and “owning a forbidden dog breed,” police said.

Dangerous dogs
The UK website says it is a criminal offense to own or own an XL PSA of the abuser in England and Wales, unless you have a valid confirmation of exemption.

XL abusers can cause greater damage than other dogs, including broken bones, torn skin and nerve damage.
He said, “It’s a crushing or a tear injury. Once they squeeze, they don’t let go.”
On Tuesday this week, two XL Bully dog was shot 19 times as police intervened an attack on a retirement.
The victim was in a critical but stable condition in the hospital, and the 29-year-old woman was arrested.
