Yash Durr

Yash Dhull is an Indian cricketer who plays for India at the Under-19 level. Primarily a right-handed batsman, he has also represented Delhi in the Under-16 and Under-19 tournaments.

Yash Dhull was born in Delhi on Monday, November 11, 2002 (age 19 years 2021). His zodiac sign is Scorpio. He started his cricketing journey at the age of six. One day he went to a nearby pitch to play cricket with the senior boys. He urged them that he wanted to join, but they refused. His mother witnessed the entire scene and later admitted him to the Balbhavan Cricket Academy in Dwarka (Delhi). He then played a few games for Delhi and was soon selected for the India U-19 team. On December 19, 2021, India’s squad for the Under-19 World Cup and Under-19 Asian Cup was announced, with Yash Dhull serving as the team captain.

His promotion to captain of the Indian team was due to his performance in the Under-16 Vijay Merchant Trophy 2018-19, when he scored an unbeaten 185 against Punjab. In that match, under his captaincy, Delhi reached the knockout stages for the first time in eight years. Additionally, he has captained the Delhi U-16, U-19 and India ‘A’ U-19 teams. But with the coronavirus pandemic sweeping the country, Yash had to stay at home, just days before heading to the National Cricket Academy. In October 2021, he became the leading run-scorer in the 2021-22 Vinoo Mankad Trophy, scoring 302 runs in five games for DDCA at an impressive average of 75.50.

    “What stood out most was Durr’s touch on the ball. As the years passed, Kochar noticed a quality that could not be taught. He did not let pressure get to him.
