Yes, Love Island USA Still Has a Hideaway This Season: Why Viewers Haven't Seen It Yet (Exclusive)

Do not worry Island of love USA fans — those hot singles still have a chance to spend some quality time together at the Hideaway!

In Season 6, the Islanders dealt with their fair share of drama, tears, and loving moments. But after more than three weeks of watching everyone sleep in one giant bedroom, viewers began to wonder: What happened to Hideaway?

Well, don’t worry! Simon Thomas, executive producer of ITV Entertainment, tells PEOPLE that their favorite couples will soon be able to have their own private date.

“This season we really have a Hideaway in the main villa; there just wasn’t a real opportunity to take advantage of it,” he explains. “We usually save the Hideaway for couples that really click, but since it’s been a rollercoaster for the Islanders so far, with a lot of pairing changes and all the drama that comes with that, the timing never seemed right.”

“Be assured, we will soon send some islanders over there,” added Thomas. “We have a phenomenal production designer on the show, Richard Jensen, and he didn’t do it for nothing!”

‘Island of Love’: Tour the stunning villa in Fiji that will be home to America’s first islanders

The retreat has a plush king size bed and tropical decorations throughout. Neon lights placed around the room give a romantic glow to happy couples who get the chance to sleep over.

The retreat also has an outdoor area where couples will be able to relax and create deeper connections in a private jacuzzi.

6th season Island of love USA is located in Fiji and is hosted by Vanderpump Rules star, Ariana Madix.

So far, only two couples – Kaylor Martin and Aaron Evans and Serena Page and Kordell Beckham – have remained in a partnership since the beginning of the season. Of course, now the women and men are separated as the new singles join them for Casa Amor, and anything can happen.
