At first, all you can see is a dirt-covered ditch next to a lone tree, leaving not much to see.
Even the person who took the photo, wildlife photographer Hemant Dabi, admitted that he was unable to see the leopard itself.
Despite being only meters from the animal in India, Dabi said he had another leopard to look after.
However, a close look at the photo reveals that Dabi was not alone in the desert.
Somehow, the leopard managed to stay hidden among the piles of dirt and rubble.
The photo baffled even the most expert puzzle solvers, and the riddle easily went viral.
An illusionist shared the image on Twitter with the caption: “There is a leopard in this photo of Hemant Dabi. Can you find it?”
The leopard was found to have camouflaged itself in the dust, making it incredibly difficult to find.
However, some boasted that they had managed to solve the riddle and pointed to a large cat lying to the left of the trunk.
Curled up on the ground, the leopard used its spots to camouflage itself in the mud.
While some experienced Twitter users claimed to have easily located the leopard, others still couldn’t figure it out.
One wrote: “I would just be attacked by a leopard. Can’t find it!”
Another said: “Someone please send me an answer. I’m going crazy looking at this filth.”
A third quipped: “He’s right behind me, isn’t he? I don’t care, I’m not going to turn around.”
And a fourth joked: “I really tried and I’m disappointed I asked for an answer in the comments, because I’m not a cheetah by the way…”
Dabi even told LADbible that he had trouble finding the creature.
“When I took this photo at the time, he was raising the alarm because he saw another leopard.
“It was hard to watch.
“I’ve seen that place where he was many times and you won’t believe I was only seven feet away from him and still couldn’t see him.
– He showed me when he was wagging his tail.
Leopards live mainly in southern Africa and in scattered communities in Asia, Pakistan, and Malaysia.
