Zac Efron and Brother Dylan Show Off Their Ripped Physiques During Boat Trip — See the Photos!

The Efron brothers show off their muscles!

Zac Efron took to Instagram on Friday to share snaps from a boating and golfing trip he took part in with younger brother Dylan, which included some snaps of the duo showing off their fit physiques, as well as other moments from the trip.

The Fire starter The 35-year-old star opened his Instagram post with a snap of the two brothers posing side-by-side on a boat in swim trunks, their muscular upper bodies on full display. Another clip showed Zac, sporting a defined six-pack, getting into a boat after diving into the water.

The following photos showed the couple playing on a nearby golf course overlooking the lake. In one hilarious video, Zac appeared to miss his swing, causing the ball to fly to the right.

Zac then interrupted the Instagram carousel with a shot of one of the Efron brothers wiping himself on a wave, legs in the air.

He captioned the photos with the date they looked like they were taken: “8/31/23.”

This summer is not the first time the actor is on vacation at the beach.

In July, Zac showed off his toned physique while on a luxury yacht in Saint-Tropez, France, where he hopped on a jet ski for a ride on the waves of the Mediterranean.

The star has been gearing up for her upcoming wrestling film A24 Iron Clawwhich follows “the rise and fall of the Von Erich family, a wrestling dynasty that has made a major impact on the sport from the 1960s to the present day.”

He is set to portray former professional wrestler Kevin Von Erich in the film, which also stars Jeremy Allen White as Kerry Von Erich, Harris Dickinson as David Von Erich and Stanley Simons as Mike Von Erich. The film also stars Lily James, Holt McCallany and Maura Tierney.

Zac’s ripped body could be seen in the Announcement photo from July for the film, which also features the muscular White, 32.

Zac said Men’s health about increasing the volume for the part, explaining that he took a different approach this time than the training he was working for Baywatch. He said he “went into a pretty severe depression, for a long time” after recovering from rigorous training for the role in 2017.

“That Baywatch look, I don’t know if that’s really possible,” he said. “There’s just too little water in the skin. Like, it’s fake; it looks like CGI. And that required Lasix, a powerful diuretic. So I don’t need to do that. I prefer to have an excess of, you know, 2 to 3 percent body fat.”

Iron Claw it’s in theaters on December 22.
