Did Zendaya Just Softball Her Engagement To Tom Holland At The 2025 Golden Globes?
After Challengers star appeared on the red carpet with what appeared to be a diamond ring on the ring finger of her left hand, fans began to speculate about a possible engagement.
Zendaya, who was nominated for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture Musical or Comedy, attended the awards in a dramatic custom Louis Vuitton burnt orange satin gown and matching pointed-toe pumps. Of course, the look was designed by the 28-year-old actress’ longtime collaborator and image architect Law Roach.
The star accessorized with a sparkling choker necklace and stunning Bulgari jewelry. She chose a High Jewelry platinum necklace with 1 oval paraiba tourmaline and over 48 carats of diamonds, a High Jewelry paraiba tourmaline ring and diamond earrings.
However, fans were quick to call out one non-Bulgarian item worn by the actress – the ring on her left hand.

“Is that an engagement ring?!?” one user wrote in the comments on an Instagram video shared by PEOPLE.
“Ring 👀,” another commenter wrote on another post.
The ring appears to be a large cushion-cut diamond set east-west on a thin gold band.
Reps for Zendaya and Tom Holland did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

Zendaya and Holland, 28, have been dating since 2021 and worked together on 2017. Spider-Man: Homecoming and in 2021 Spider-Man: No Way Home.
Holland recently explained why the couple rarely walk red carpets together. The actor did not join Zendaya at the 2025 Golden Globes and last appeared with her on the carpet in Los Angeles There’s no way home premiere.

Holland and Zendaya are also reportedly set to star in Christopher Nolan’s upcoming Homer adaptation Odyssey is set to be released in 2026 and also features performances from Anne Hathaway and Matt Damon, across multiple outlets.
“To be completely honest with you, I don’t know anything about it,” Holland said of the project in a recent episode Dish podcast. “I’m super excited. It’s all very, very hush-hush. I met him, it was great. He was kind of loose about what it was and I’m sure he’ll announce what it is when he’s ready.”
