Zoe shocked listeners when she recalled the recent moment Nell was rushed to A&E for X-rays after her dad, Fatboy Slim aka Norman Cook, accidentally dropped a Christmas tree on the teenager’s leg at his home in Brighton.
“I’m sending love to my Nell today,” she said on her show before revealing the painful event.
“Today was supposed to be her last day of school. But unfortunately, her dad accidentally dropped a Christmas tree on her foot and she had to go to the ER yesterday.”
Zoe added: “She’s had an X-ray but it’s fine, it’s just swollen.
“She will be fine, but today she was supposed to go skating with her friends from school, but she won’t be able to put her foot in the boot.
“Things you don’t think will happen!”
Zoe is the mother of Nelly (14) and son Woody (23).
The radio presenter shares her children with ex-husband Norman, whom she married in 1999 after they met in Ibiza in 1997.
However, the couple’s marriage did not stand the test of time, and they announced their divorce in 2016.

SPENDING TIME TOGETHER AGAIN?
In October, it was reported that the pair were spending more time together and that tongues were wagging.
Other close friends, it was recently reported that Zoe has sold her Sussex mansion so she can move closer to her ex in Brighton.
Two months ago, an insider told the Daily Mail: “They always seem to be together.”
LEAVING THE RADIO
The presenter of Radio 2 announced her departure from the station last month.
Announcing the news, she said at the time: “After six incredible years on Radio 2’s Breakfast Show, it’s time to step away from the early hours and focus on my family.”
She continued: “It’s been a privilege. I think you’re all listeners and I’m grateful to my bosses for their support, especially this year.
“A big thank you to my great team on the show, Tina, Mike and Richie, and of course to our listeners, with whom I’ve shared some of life’s ups and downs, the good times, the bad times and the crazy times.”
Zoe then revealed: “My final show will be on Friday 20th December, just in time for Christmas with lots of fun and shenanigans.
“Although I’m stepping down from the Breakfast Show, I’m not disappearing entirely – I’ll still be part of the Radio 2 family, with more news in the New Year.
“I’m excited to embrace my next chapter, including being a mom in the mornings, and can’t wait to join the school run!”
This comes amid reports that she is set to return to her television career next year, with ITV and Netflix already eyeing her.
