On Sunday, December 1, the father of actress and director Lenny Kravitz, 60, shared a sweet tribute on her 36th birthday.

Sharing a throwback photo, Lenny — who Zoë shares with ex Lisa Bonet — was shirtless in the picture as he cuddled his then-baby girl as they lay on a bed.

“Happy birthday Zoë…. Thank you for teaching me what true love and joy are. I couldn’t be more proud of you. I love you….. @zoeisabellakravitz,” his caption read.

In honor of her big day, Zoë also reposted the many compliments from her friends on her Instagram Story.

Fashion designer Anthony Vaccarello wrote, “Happy B’Day @zoeisabellakravitz,” over a photo of Zoë eating a burger.

The Twin Shadow singer said: “Happy birthday to the cutest baby @zoeisabellakravitz. This picture went crazy and we still look like moms.”

Zoë’s birthday comes after she attended a special screening of Nicole Kidman’s new film Girl in November.

He poses with her Big little lies costar, the Blink twice the director hugged Kidman, 57, as they smiled for the cameras.

The outing marked the third time Zoë has gone public since splitting from ex-fiancé Channing Tatum.

On Oct. 30, multiple sources confirmed to PEOPLE that Zoë and Tatum, 44, had ended their engagement after three years together.

She was seen in New York’s Brooklyn borough on the same day, before being spotted leaving New York’s Chez Margaux restaurant on November 8 with her friend Taylor Swift and comedian Jerrod Carmichael.

On the work front, Zoë is set to appear in an upcoming crime thriller Caught stealing along with Austin Butler, Regina King, Bad Bunny and other stars.
