90 Day: Analí Is Stunned to Silence at Clayton’s Animal-Filled Home and His Mom’s Closet ‘Bedroom’ (Exclusive)

In PEOPLE’s exclusive sneak peek of this weekend’s installment of the TLC series, the Peruvian woman makes her first visit to Clayton’s one-bedroom apartment in Lexington, Kentucky — and, suffice it to say, the house tour doesn’t go well.

Entering with a large bouquet of flowers, Analí meets Clayton’s dogs Buster and Coco before receiving a sweet greeting in Spanish from Clayton’s mother Violet, who tells her, “You’re prettier in person.”

“I see Clayton’s face. I can say that he is very happy – says Violet in a confessional interview. “And he just has a look about him that I haven’t seen… I don’t think I’ve ever seen him before.”

Clayton offers to show Analí around their home, which turns out to be an amazing experience – or maybe an eye-popping experience – when Clayton introduces her to his tri-colored guinea pig called Baby Pig.

Later, in his confessional, he recalls: “The first thing I notice in this apartment is that there are things everywhere, and it’s really overwhelming.”

She adds: “There is no couch to sit on, and there is no table either.” So where do they eat?”

Sensing that his girlfriend’s response is less than enthusiastic, Clayton tries to soften her disappointment by explaining, “The kitchen is a lot, like, a lot cleaner than it used to be.”

Analí continues in her confessional: “They prefer that their dogs sleep well and that the guinea pigs have space to play. They do things backwards.”

Back on the tour of the house, Clayton points to the walk-in closet connected to the living room, showing that Violet is sleeping there.

“Can I have a look?” Analí asks.

A mattress covered with sheets and pillows touches all four walls of the wardrobe.

“It’s her bed, but it’s her bedroom,” Clayton explains.

Analí isn’t quite sure what to make of the scene.

“I didn’t know Clayton’s mom lived in a closet. I envisioned a small space, but not quite a closet,” she says. “You can store clothes, shoes, suitcases, etc. in the closet, but I didn’t know what to say.”
