From Wedding to Divorce, Monday’s episode 90 Day Fiancé: Another way covered the whole spectrum of love and hate.
It was finally time for Mary and Brandan to walk down the aisle, although they didn’t exactly experience wedded bliss. After serious consideration and vowing to change, the parents-to-be said yes – but they weren’t the only ones making a big life decision.
Yohan and Daniele finalized their divorce, Kenny and Armando took the first step in their surrogacy journey, and Shekinah’s ultimatum to Sarper prompted him to tell her that he wouldn’t miss her if she left him.
Here’s how it all went…
Brandon and Mary
Brandana is overrun by bugs on her wedding day.
TLC
This bride and groom did not speak the morning of their wedding as Mary questioned Brandan as a husband and father. Brandan’s mom sat him down for a tough talk as he neared his wedding. “It’s time to stop playing video games all day long,” she said. “I would really encourage you to get more involved [in] dealing with the financial situation so that he doesn’t feel all the pressure to sort it all out.”
She added: “I know you have the ability to do this. I saw you do more things for her with her for her at the age of 23 than any man I dated until my 40’s. You’ll just need a little effort.”
Brandan took those words to heart, and Mary decided not to let her fears get the better of her. “I wish that Brandan and I had talked and that he had convinced me, but right now I have decided not to think about the fights we have,” she said in the interview. “Instead, I’m thinking about being happy with him. The way I feel when he hugs me [butterflies] in my stomach and I know that our love is real. So I will marry him.”

And they got married. Brandan and Mary got married surrounded by her family and friends, as well as Brandan’s mom. “Mary, I’ve never met anyone who could make me feel the way you do. And I promise you that you will never have to worry about me leaving you,” Brandan said in his vows. “I see my future with you. I love you more than anything.”
Mary responded with vows of her own: “I just want you to know that I love you very much. I know we fight a lot, but I want to spend my life, my whole life, with you forever.”
When the ceremony was over, the reception included a horde of uninvited guests as bugs swarmed the place and buzzed around the faces of the attendees. “I’m looking over, and it’s like a fog is rolling in,” Brandan said. “And I realized it wasn’t fog. It was a lot of bugs.”
Holly and Wayne
Wayne is unsure about his marriage to Holly after she says she is going back to America.
TLC
While Holly was still planning to return to America from South Africa, Wayne sat down with his father to discuss marriage.
“I feel betrayed because, I mean, I’m trying to make it as safe as possible for her,” he said. “She has food every night. She has money when she wants to go out. Like, she doesn’t have as bad a life as she thinks she does.”
In an interview, Wayne’s father said: “I have nothing against Holly. She is a very nice girl, but they are all married and she will stick to her marriage vows. He can’t just throw in the towel every time he has a little hiccup and go back to his home country and leave Wayne with this decision to lose her.”
90 Day: Holly feels ‘betrayed’ after Wayne had all his money troubles — then left her on the side of the road
Holly said in her own confessional that she was still totally ready to leave. “I love him 100 percent, but living in South Africa, I feel like I’m losing parts of myself,” she said. “I don’t want to stay somewhere where I’m not happy. Life is really short, and I don’t know what to say to him. But I can’t live like this.”
Wayne asked his wife an important question: “Are you willing to live without me?”
“I don’t want to do that,” she replied. “But I don’t know what else to do.”
Hurt, Wayne lashes out at Holly and says he wishes they had never gotten married: “I’m not saying I don’t love you. I’m just saying, if I had known this was going to happen, I would never have gotten involved with an American.”
Kenny and Armando
Kenny talks on camera about his surrogacy journey.
TLC
Kenny and Armando have taken another big step in their baby journey, both giving their sperm samples to be mixed before trying to conceive a child via surrogate.
“No matter whose DNA it is, this kid is going to be freaking loved,” Kenny said.
Although they weren’t together at the submission, the couple had sex the whole time, with Armando explaining: “What we’re doing today is we’re going to make a baby and even though we were in separate rooms, it’s like we were still doing it together.”
90 Day’s Kenny Says Armando Doesn’t Want to Expand Family Despite Age Difference (Exclusive)
Despite his initial reluctance to welcome a child his age, Kenny has grown cautiously optimistic about the process. “I think the future looks very bright for us. But we have a lot to do, moving and now we have a child,” he said.
He continued: “Even though I feel really good about this decision, I’ve probably never felt more pressure in my life because of my age, because of our circumstances. What will it be like to raise a child here in this country? There will be some hurdles to jump here, but I know I won’t be coming back.”
Shekinah and Sarper
Shekinah sticks to her decision not to have any more children.
TLC
Shekinah and Sarper continued to clash over having a child, with Shekinah denouncing Sarper’s “demands” that she either have a child with him or return to the US
“I am so disappointed. So disappointed. It has to be a little more flexible,” he said in an interview.
Shekinah was furious, asking him, “Did this upset you so much that you will now destroy the relationship with your demands? Because you won’t have any hope for a future with me if you’re going to demand.”
Day 90: Sarper discovers a long-lost child
Sarper questioned Shekinah’s emotions, telling her, “You’re on the verge of losing me, and you’re not crying.”
She didn’t hold back. “I’m on the verge of losing a man who demands I have a child after five months of dating, and you want me to cry about it? I’m not going to cry about it. I am relieved to learn this about you.”
But Sarper had the last word, telling Shekinah that he too would not cry when and if she left their relationship.
“Do you think I care?” he asked. “It will take me two days to forget.”
Daniel and Yohan
Yohan decided to end his marriage with Daniele just before Christmas.
TLC
It was Daniele’s worst Christmas ever when Yohan ended their marriage.
After years of financial struggles and arguments – and one year of trying to make things right – Yohan is gone – dressed in a Santa suit, no less.
“She doesn’t respect me. She does not support me,” he said in the interview. “To tell the truth, I’m at the end of my rope. I’ve decided this relationship is over. Does not go. And after we take the gifts to the children, I leave. I’m moving out.”
They delivered gifts to the neighborhood kids, then Yohan packed up and left their shared apartment—but not before arguing about what belonged to him. Yohan first tried to escape with a bag of Yankees caps. When that didn’t work, he tried petting their dog Gizmo.
In a fit of rage, Daniele ordered everyone – including the producers – out of her apartment. Somehow she ended up with the dog in her hand as she shut out the world.
