90 Day: Sarper Wants Shekinah to 'Cancel' Her Nose Job That He Designed After Realizing They Can't Have Sex for 1 Month

90 daysSarper Guven has mixed feelings about Shekinah Garner’s nose job.

In the episode of October 7 90 Day Fiancé: Another wayShekinah went for a nose surgery revision consultation in Turkey after two previous rhinoplasty surgeries. Sarper, who questioned whether Shekinah wanted to go under the knife a third time, expressed his concern.

“I’m so worried about her surgery because she’s going to take anesthetics and it can take two to three hours,” he told the cameras. “I did my best to convince her: ‘You’re already beautiful, you’re starting to look factory-made’.”

“All the girls are starting to look like each other,” he added. “I don’t want it, but she does, so it’s out of my hands.”

As the doctor began marking Shekinah’s nose, Sarper asked if he could step in, noting that he was researching rhinoplasty.

“I’m a bit of a controller in our relationship and I’ve just been studying the business,” Sarper admitted. “Can I show you something?”

As Sarper showed the surgeon where he hoped the nose could be changed, Shekinah explained, “He has a vision of what he wants my nose to look like.”

“When I saw that there was no way we could cancel the surgery, I told her, ‘At least give me a chance to talk to the doctor and tell him what I want because I’ll be the one to see it every day,'” Sarper said in his confessional.

The doctor, who was confused by the situation, said in front of the cameras: “This is the first time this is happening. It’s different and weird, but that’s okay.”

Shekinah then revealed her own concerns about the surgery – but it had nothing to do with the outcome of her nose.

“After the operation, I will not be the same as I was,” she said. “I will not serve Sarper. I won’t entertain him. I will not be happy and cheerful. I will be in pain.”

“That’s why I look at my recovery with Sarper as a test,” she continued. “I really hope he can show up because that will determine if this is someone I can live with for the rest of my life.”

The next day, the couple returned for Shekinah’s surgery. As the nurse began going over the post-operative rules, Sarper got another surprise.

“No sex for a month after surgery,” she told the couple.

“One month, 30 days?” he asked.

“Wait, why? It’s been so long,” Shekinah added.

The nurse explained that any physical activity could lead to bleeding, but Sarper wasn’t sure if he could follow those instructions.

“I know the surgery comes with a number of restrictions, but I’m shocked,” he said. “I haven’t heard those things before.”

He then stressed to Shekinah that there would be 7,200 hours without sex, so she asked the nurse if there was a way around that limit.

“What if I don’t do extreme physical activity?” she asked. “He does all the work.”

“That’s fine,” the nurse replied before leaving the room.

“I almost had a heart attack [when] she said one month,” Sarper then repeated, to which Shekinah said, “Can I focus on my surgery now?”

“I mean, we can go home now,” Sarper suggested, clearly concerned.

“You can go home,” Shekinah snapped. “I think you should go home and I’ll stay here because you’re stressing me out right now.”

In her confessional, Shekinah said, “I know Sarper really wants me to cancel this operation, but we’re here in the hospital and I really want to. So we’ll find a way around this ‘no sex for a month’ thing.

Sarper then escorted Shekinah into the operating room, continuing to express his concerns to the cameras.

“Right now our relationship is on the rocks and I want to show that I’ll always be there for her, but I’ve never looked out for anyone in my life, so it’s going to be hard,” he said.
